Challenging times can be seen two ways: 1) as a huge burden, or 2) as an opportunity to grow inwardly and gain more insights.
It is never the person, place or situation that is the problem, but the way we view it. So having challenges arrive at our doorstep, gives us the opportunity to choose, which is the great gift we have all been given.
We can embroil ourselves in the problem, which falsely appears as a barrier or obstacle to our freedom or intention and in focusing our attention on the problem, just make it worse for ourselves. Where attention goes, energy flows. Or we can put our attention on where we want to be in our lives, what we want to become or any other positive outcome, and our energy and the energy of the Universe will flow there. It is a simple solution and merely requires our choice.
Most of us are now facing challenging times, as the energy (read unconditional love) flowing from Source is rising in vibration and we are being challenged to match that vibration. The tendency to resist change is apparent and the old egoic-mind paradigm of wallowing in fear wants to dominate our thoughts, which cause our lower emotions to rise. This is the Is-ness. This is the current Reality and when we argue with Reality, we inevitably loose!!
So our biggest challenge is to go with the flow, accept everything and resist nothing (great mantra to recite every morning and whenever necessary).
Does that mean we condone all the injustices of the world? Does it mean we get to sit on our hands and do nothing? Does it mean we stifle our inherent compassion to want to alleviate the suffering of others? Absolutely not!! But when we are stuck in the ego’s fear, how effective can we be in resolving these issues?
When we offer no resistance to what is, we find ourselves in a place and space of power. A level of clarity and purpose arises and becomes a driving force to bring about change. Now we can become a highly effective change agent.
We are not out of the woods yet! As the old, non-workable paradigms of living, working and playing become dismantled, we will be forced to change and for those that resist this change, much discomfort and suffering will arise.
So it makes sense, go with the flow of life, allow ourselves to be carried downstream, letting go the tendency to swim, exhaustingly upstream and just let the River of Life carry us to wherever it will and eventually, we will all spill out into the Great Ocean of Love.
Bon Voyage !!

Out of all unpleasant, so-called “negative’ situations, comes the other side of the coin and when we are willing to investigate the pain deeply, wisdom and joy will emerge.
